  All in all, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone booking a single bed. Not sure about the doubles and suites though. Aside from the room everything was on par with my expectations of a 4-ish star hotel.

  Excellent location as a base for sightseeing in Palma. Very good buffet breakfast with lots of variety. Very pleasant Staff. Only downside is that rooms on street side can be a bit noisy as busy road

  It's on the street with all designer stores so ideal location and safe for a single woman traveling. You can walk to the sight seeing spots like the cathedral etc. no room service and breakfast is good but not worth paying for. Great for a few nights stay.

  3. Every time someone flushed a toilet upstairs it sounded like someone poured full buckets of water on the ground. Walls are very thin here.

  Nice view from the terrace. Food is good and not expensive for the place where you are, so I'd recommend it to view Palma from above.

  After waiting for just a couple minutes at the reception to check in the friendly staff directed me to my room. Hotel looks clean, location is perfect. However, there are a few things that deserve the 2-star rating:

  Very nice hotel with a beautiful roof terrace. Big rooms and nice breakfast. Friendly staff. Would definately book it again! Comfortable beds and everything you could need! Location good for shopping and restaurants.

  This hotel is nice for what you pay. Modern yet clean. Rooftop bar is amazing has a great view.

  1. Window in the room was VERY small and the view from that window was literally another window on the other side of the "chimney" two meters away. Due to this the air in the room was very stuffy. Seems like the aircon doesn't work.
