  I absolutely love this hotel for the view alone. The scenery is amazing! It is very hot in the room, but if you open up your slide door on the balcony you will get the most magnificent breeze. This place is great! I also got a full body massage for only €35. That is freaking awesome baby! There are also many stores in the area. The hotel also has a great restaurant buffet. I came to this place last year and I'm looking forward to coming back next year!

  We were deeply dissapointed with our holiday this time, our room was bland, basic, boring there was no tea or coffee service the bed was uncomfortable and cold there was no transport information at all. Every where was steep hills and a long way from shops and convenience s we don't remember being told it was so high up the mountain also when we went into the bar area there was no music or atmosphere we decided not to eat in the hotel as it was very expensive we will never go back there and will not be recommending to anyone

  Great hotel, nice room with balcony. The food was excellent with good variety. Excellent public transport links and very helpful staff.

  Nice place to stay but could stand to be updated in the rooms. Food from the restaurant was very good with lots of variety.

  Pool is nice, room is nicer than expected, breakfast buffet is good. I can only assume the other two meals would be good too. Our room was meant to be a double but it was two singles pushed together, on top of this one mattress was spring the other was sponge so there was a clear difference. There was a lot of noise through the night in our room as the pool was directly above it. The surrounding area is a bit rough but if you don't mind walking or a cheap bus you can get to the nicer parts like Palma cathedral or a beach.
