  The room is nice and comfortable but having stayed in the middle of a record heat wave on the island, we found the air conditioning to be woefully inadequate our first time here. Yet, on our return trip a couple of weeks later, our stay was much more pleasant. The AC was a bit better, the front desk was extremely kind when we checked in at 2:00 a.m. after a long ferry trip from the mainland. Breakfast was great, and a day at the pool before a long trip back to the US was just what we needed. It also helped that Palma was cooler in general during the second stay.

  It's a nice hotel, placed near the old city and all monuments in the city ( all is near in this city), good rooms with individual beds, nice food, but you will go to eat at restaurants near the hotel, they are awesome, the employees are nice and not is the most expensive hotel.

  Firstly, I want to mention that Cora at the frjnt desk is a COMPLETE SUPERSTAR. She took care of every request we had - even my bonehead i-never-travel-abroad ones.

  Lovely and quiet, good food, great drink prices friendly staff. All round a great place to stay.
