  Excellent staff. High standard rooms/service. Brilliant late night blues/jazz Thursday Friday and Saturday... In the middle of everything in Central Palma and close to sea.

  Good hotel in a very nice location close to the old part of Palma. The hotel offers all the important facilities from a restaurant with outdoor seating, jazz bar located on the upper floors, swimming pool, relaxation area and spa. Contemporary modern appearance and features. Friendly helpful staff.

  It was amazing! Many luxurious opportunities to enjoy on various floors, polite staff, lovely food, and a beautiful room with a comfortable bed and nice lighting settings. I would definitely recommend. Also, it's located right in the middle of some lovely sights. Overall a peaceful and beautiful atmosphere.

  Unfriendly staff on arrival. This is not a hotel for relaxing by the pool. There are not enough sun beds and some are broken and ripped and sunbathing on the concrete like a car park is NOT a 4* hotel. Under staffed. Breakfast too expensive. I will NOT recommended this hotel and will never stay again. Dead flowers, broken rotten benches and litter from breakfast blowing around. No manger on the premises to complain.

  Very good location near shopping streets and surrounded by popular attractions and restaurants within walking distance. The room was nice and comfortable but if the neighbors are talking loudly or moving things around you can hear them. The rooftop pool area can only accommodate a handful of people, with very limited space to lay out and a very small pool. We had to use the ground-level pool area during our visit because the roof was packed. This pool area has a small pool and plenty of area to sit or lay out, but when the sun is low the tall buildings block it out. Parking is 15 Euros per day and the garage is just around the corner from the hotel entrance but not marked so it's easy to miss.
