  Park & Fly employee that is in charge of handling insurance claims has told me that Park & Fly can move the cars between the different parking locations they have (the one next to the petrol station at the airport is only one of them). Now when I fly, I leave my car in the parking building at the airport and take the car key with me.

  The last two times I have left my car at the Park & Fly were very unlucky. In December 2016 my car was damaged at their parking while I was away. Park & Fly took it to repair and to re-paint the damaged door. In the meantime I had to rent a car and pay for it myself and when I got my car back, one of the lights wasn't working. That was 363 Euros for the new lamp plus 100 Euros for the car rental. I don't know why the lamp wasn't working but I noticed that the electrics must have been disconnected because the date was completely wrong. On top of that, the car was full of dust inside, after the painting and I had to take it for cleaning.

  I've used Park And Fly for several years now, always found them to be efficient and mostly polite. I leave my vehicle with them all year round and upon arrival at Palma Airport, I never have to wait too long for the mini bus, the transition to the office is easy and my car is always out and ready. Personally, they have my recommendation.

  Terrible Company, I took out an annual contract with them when I purchased a new car in Mallorca. Every time I returned to collect my car they had damaged it. I made complaints on arrival and sent many emails all of which were ignored or palmed of with false promises to repair. Don't make the same mistake as I did.

  Desperately need MORE staff other than just TWO when they're fully aware it's their peak time ! Ridiculous 30 minute wait to check my car. Sort it out P&F or someone else will copy your business model but offer a much better service!!! If you don't want to invest in staff, maybe at least one automates check-in machine?

  Next time I was flying away, it was in February 2017 I again left my car in Park & Fly thinking that it is impossible that something might happen again. I have asked Park & Fly to wash my car by hand (27 Euros) because I needed it clean when I get back to Mallorca. When I was getting my car back I was informed that one of the tires was damaged in the wash. To my surprise, they said that they had problem with water and they took my car to the petrol station next door and put it in the automatic car wash (there are places at that petrol station where the cars can be washed by hand). Something has happened during the wash and one of the wheels was badly punctured. They changed it to the spare wheel and I got my car back with the spare wheel on and damaged one in the booth. I don't like to wash my car in the automatic car wash and I wash it manually so you can understand how upset I was to hear that they just put it in the automatic car wash without asking me. I paid for the hand wash and the car I got back wasn't much cleaner than when I left it.

  Next day I went to my garage, the wheel had a big hole and it was impossible to repair it so I went to the petrol station and they were very helpful. We filled in the damage report and the insurance paid for the new wheel but of course it was my time to get the car to the garage.

  Awful service. P&F lost our car key. Excuse-"Keys get lost"!!!! They DID pay for a new key. They DID lend us a small car for the days it took to search in vain for our key. They DID NOT waive the parking fee. They DID NOT offer nor pay any compensation for the repeated trips to Ford and time lost in getting new key made. We had to really pester them with multiple phone calls and visits to get a solution. They were completely unsympathetic and showed very little interest in the upheaval to our lives caused by their mistake. All in all terrible experience. Neither I nor my family will use them again. For very little extra cost use AENA parking paid in advance
