  Absolutely disgusting business practice. I wouldn't use this company again if my life depended on it. There was some moderate damage already present on the vehicle I rented which was discussed before renting the car with both parties agreeing on the damage present. After barely using the car and leaving it in the exact same condition I rented it, the car was returned thinking that was the end of that. When dropping the keys off the attendant made no suggestions about any other action being necessary and I was happy to be done with the holiday and on my way home. However a couple of hours after getting back into England I received an email stating that because I didn't file a damage report for the damage I caused to the car, despite having paid extra for the companies full insurance cover, I would be billed nearly 400 euros for a range of damage that I had supposedly caused to the vehicle. I received a nice long pdf that's entirely in Spanish with all of the damage to the vehicle which I unfortunately can't even read but I can tell it shows lots of different damage that couldn't have been caused by single incidents, never mind that none of it was caused by me and was present prior to me renting the vehicle. Absolutely disgusted that this company is basically trying to scam me out of money and I fear it may end up being my word against theirs in this matter. After receiving the email containing the bill for my supposed damage to the car I found that nearly £700 pounds had been taken from my account which is nearly double the invoiced amount anyway. I will be pursuing this as a fraud investigation with my bank. My advice to anyone else is not to use this company under any circumstances.

  The service when you pick up the car in the garage needs to improve, and the cleaning could be better. But overall good value for the money.

  When renting the car, the car had many more scratches than visible on the damage card. When I pointed this our, the employee refused to add further damages to the card. However, we had no problems returning the car. It is very common for Spain that cars are damaged all over the place. Still, the employee was quite unfriendly and we had a bad feeling right from the start, worrying.

  do not reserve your car on a site that isn't "record go Mallorca" you will lose a lot of money and the people of record go can't change anything about your reservation!!!!

  We rent the car at the airport last week just for two days with full coverage, insurance and we did not have any problems. Everything went smoothly and I got the reimbursement for the fuel. From all the rental car companies, I can definitely recommend Record Go, just take full insurance not to be worried about anything and enjoy your holidays.

  On return, we filled up the car with gas next to the airport. Still they claim the car was missing gas and deducted us a few Euros. I feel scammed about this.

  Long waiting time no good English but, the car's are brand new (2000km)and the price is really cheap +-220€ five days and you get fuel money back.
