  First time using this car hire company. My partner forgot his driving licence, it was easily changed over to my name with no fuss or extra charge. A little confusing about the insurance I asked for fully comp on the telephone but the invoice stated third party. This was not solved.

  However, I was very satisfied overall. There were no hidden costs, service was efficient, pickup and return were easy, fuel was to return full and the car was immaculate inside and out. I will be using Sixt again and I definitely recommend this upfront, honesty company!

  My first time renting a car. My experience with Sixt was very positive. Staff was nice and professional. Car rental is without stress. I got an upgrade on my car because the one I ordered was not available. It was slightly different than I expected but I don't really care too much. The car was good. If I will need to rent a car next time I will go with Sixt.

  The employees at SixT were very helpful. We arrived a little later than scheduled but were taken care of promptly. One of our party was not able to come so we asked to get a smaller car and had to problem doing that. Finding the car in the garage was not the easiest. There were numbers painted on the floor as well as numbers on the columns. We had to ask for help (which we got with no problem) finding the car. As posted in another review the car was an Audi. The displays were in German and the manual was in Spanish. In a dimly lit parking garage it was hard to figure out controls. After some guesswork we got the car going and once we reached our destination (and had some sunlight) we were able to figure out most of the controls (and change the displays to English). I ended up finding English language manuals on the Internet and downloaded them to my phone. Otherwise the car was great to drive and very efficient on fuel. Tip to future renters - ask how to operate the car before you leave the desk and about the availability of appropriate language manuals.

  I called in advance to ensure a fully comprehensive zero excess cover pre paid but there was unfortunately still more to pay at the desk. I ordered a manual BMW/Merc/Audi but only an automatic was available unless I agreed to pay to upgrade. This was a shame as the customer service interface is excellent. The location and access for pick up and return are all great. I would really like to be a regular customer and hope that these glitched can be improved upon. JC
