  Excellent train trip in old fashioned carriages. Go on a clear day, to maximally enjoy the view. Take the tram at the end to visit the port and the beach (don't forget to bring swimming gear).

  Unique trip to Soller by historic 1911 train. We enjoyed the journey in the mainland. We loved the slow speed and old fashioned pace to revive past times. Recommend even if the price of 32.00 Euro is high in my opinion.

  The beautiful parts are great. You drive through beautiful mountain landscapes with magnificent views, but what they don't advertise is that you spend 50% of the tracks through the city and washed out fields, and 20% inside dark narrow tunnels. The nostalgic train is very nice and in perfect condition. I would recommend the trip to friends, but lower their expectations. Also, it's very expensive and cash only. Soller itself is small, but nice. The so called 'ice cream factory' is just a salon with a video playing of how it's made, nothing else. The shoe factory and shop is brilliant though, bought 2 pairs :-D

  I am glad I took only one way ticket. (18€) It is really a ripoff. They also try to sell another tram ticket for 7€ from Sóller to Port of Sóller but if youblike walking. Walk! Its very nice downhill walk.

  Then you can take the train which is also historic and has a price that blows your socks off. The port is only 25 minutes on foot from the station, but if you want the whole experience you will have to go the extra mile. Wonderful experience for the kids and grown ups.

  Quaint little beach with decent seating place and also room to pitch a towel and a sun shade which I personally recommend in the Summer and Spring.
