  Very relaxing, quiet and staff were very friendly and helpful, even though english wasnt their first language. Place is immaculate and just what we needed to unwind after a long day walking in Palma

  I am giving the two star for the atmosphere and very polite and professional receptionist, However, if you are looking to get a massage perhaps you can receive a much better service by the beach! nothing personal against the masseuse, nonetheless she was an amateur and my wife would have done a better job at home. moving on from the very poor massage service, the shower facilities were left on the floor and the basic hairdryer cannot handle long hair and as result, leaving the premises with wet hair. overall this was not a Hammam (Moroccan bath) experience and was just an overpriced sauna.

  Great massage and a very relaxing experience. The staff were clearly highly skilled and professional. They were also very accommodating and managed to change our booking at the last moment.

  The spa experience is amazing, but you can't miss the massage. Their hands will take you to heaven.

  Like being transported to another world, with wonderful exotic smells and slow Moroccan music in a wonderfully dreamy darkness, lit primarily with candles and lamps. The pool, steam room and warm seats are lovely but the Hammam ritual and massage is what my wife and I really came for and certainly weren't disappointed - scrubbed and rubbed with the most amazing natural products, we're now smelling amazing and so relaxed that all we need now is a siesta. What better way to start a holiday, start the season, spoil yourself or a loved on. We'll most certainly be back
