  We had an amazing time! Loved Santa Catalina’s Market tour of the market and learning about Spanish food and culture. Luis our chef was so sweet and knowledgeable. It was a really fun 4 hours of cooking and getting to know everyone else in the class, from different parts of the world! Definitely a nice break from touring beaches etc. The kitchen was state of the art, and super clean and comfortable! Thanks for a really fun experience! Would do it again in a heartbeat!

  Learned a lot about the ingredients of Spanish food and how to prepare it. In Lonja18 even learned a couple new kitchen tricks that will help with every day cooking as well. The teacher was great and very patient, attentive and knowledgeable. Highly recommend attending a class next time you are in Mallorca!

  I took the paella class in a spanish cooking course with Chef Luis. Each class was well though out and every one got the participate in the cooking. The dishes we prepared tasted quite good and it was a fun experience. This is definitely a unique experience, worth the money, and you’ll come away with tips that will help you no matter what you’re cooking. I would do it again.

  In Lonja18 took us through a 5-6 hour class of cooking, tapas + a course spanish cooking that was both a very informative class as well as a very tasty meal. They was a great teachers, letting each of us do what we were comfortable doing. All of us learned something.
